About The Founder
Hi, my name is Bernadette.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology, a BSc Honours in Psychology, and I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)— the world’s most established and respected health coaching institution. As an ICF Member, I represent the highest standard of the profession, coaching theory, ethical practice, and the art of sustainable behavior change. I’m also proud to be a COMENSA approved Life & Business Coach, an IIN Ambassador and a graduate of their Coaching Intensive Practicum, a credentialed training in advanced coaching techniques and client transformation.
But my qualifications aren’t just professional—they’re personal. When I first enrolled at IIN, I was quietly navigating depression and burnout. I remember a phone call with my mother discussing the very real possibility of starting antidepressants—and then giving myself a four-month window. Not to push through. But to gently, responsibly try and come home to myself.
That decision led to something small but life-changing: a list of 30 things I wanted to do before turning 30. That list reshaped my life, my career, and how I define health today.
The Healthy Wealth was born from that journey. It’s more than a business: it’s a mission grounded in research and led by heart. It’s built on the science that health is multifaceted—not just what’s on your plate or how many steps you’ve walked, but how you feel at work, how you speak to yourself, how you recover, connect, and choose.
