At The Healthy Wealth, we believe that sustainable success doesn’t come from sacrificing health for achievement or ambition for balance. It comes from aligning the two. We imagine a world where the vast majority of people can show up fully to work, and still have enough energy and time for the rest of their lives. We believe health should start with empowered choices, not crisis care. We are committed to building that future through science-backed guidance, shared community, and health education so that fewer people get sick, break down, or fall through the cracks.
Our services blend the structure of coaching with the depth of integrative health and performance—supporting both the external goals (like leadership growth, career development, and professional clarity) and the internal foundation (nutrition, stress resilience, fitness, emotional intelligence, and lifestyle design) that makes those goals possible. Why I Care About How You Work, Live, and Feel
My journey started in a hospital bed watching The Springboks versus England in the 2023 Rugby World Cup semi-final. Burnt out and alone, I read the 15-13 score numb on painkillers from an emergency appendectomy. My beloved team was cooked, seconds away from missing out on a spot in the final.
That day, I learned two lessons. You can play the game of your life, backed by the clearest plan executed to excellence, and still lose. The other: You can turn a doomed score around at the death. It may be ugly, but that is what champions are made of.
I have always taken pride in being hard-working, disciplined, and ambitious. But the measuring stick I used to gauge my worth was broken, and I had broken with it. Losing myself was the cost of building the person and business I’m proud of today.
